Isabel Capeloa Gil, Rector of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, was awarded by Executiva as one of the most influential women in Portugal.
For the 10th consecutive year, the Most Influential Women in Portugal Award ceremony, which recognises female merit and power, was held on 10 April 2025.
For the first time, the range of honourees will be widened, and the 50 women who have stood out the most in business, politics, science, arts and culture, the media or justice will be honoured, based on a study carried out by journalist Filipe Fernandes, exclusively for the website Executiva.pt, founded in 2015 by Isabel Canha and Maria Serina.
The influence of these 50 women was assessed based on the exemplary criteria of their professional careers, their social and entrepreneurial impact on society, and their national and international media presence.
