Times Higher Education - THE recognizes Universidade Católica Portuguesa (UCP) as the # 1 University in Portugal, for the 2nd consecutive year, among the 12 national Higher Education institutions that are part of the 2021 edition of the Times Higher Education World University Rankings (THE WUR2021).
In the most recent edition of this ranking, UCP maintained its national leadership position, standing in the first quartile of the ranking worldwide (position 351-400).
THE World University Ranking is a prestigious international ranking that covers the main areas of activity of a university, evaluating 13 performance indicators, grouped in five areas: Teaching, Research, Citations, International Outlook and Industry Income.
