Universidade Católica Portuguesa congratulates Chef Marlene Vieira, a partner and friend of the university, the first female chef to obtain a Michelin Star in the last 30 years, for her restaurant ‘Marlene’, an award obtained at the most recent Michelin Guide Portugal Gala.
