Multirank

Católica obtained the highest classification in 10 indicators in the 2021 edition of U-Multirank, which assessed more than 1900 Universities from 97 countries, across 30 indicators.

In this edition of the ranking, which was released today, the excellent performance of UCP must be highlighted in the areas of investigations, knowledge transfer, international orientation, and regional engagement, with the highest mark on the indicators "Most Cited Publications", "Scientific Publications", Interdisciplinary Scientific Publications", "Number of Post - Doctorates", "Fundraising for Research", "Regional Joint Scientific Publications", "Fundraising for Continuous Professional Training", "International Teaching", "Students Mobility" and "Master Students working on the Region".

The U-Muktirank compares the performance of higher education institutions in the different activities that each University is involved, through 30 indicators, divided into 5 performance areas: teaching and learning; research; knowledge transfer; internationalisation; regional involvement.

Created in 2008, with the support of the European Commission, this project led by the Center for Higher Education (CHE), the Center for Higher Education Policy Studies (CHEPS), and the Center for Science and Technology Studies (CWTS), does not produce an individual rating for each university, nor league tables, evaluating universities on a scale from "very good" to "poor".
