Last Friday, September 2nd, Francis Fukuyama, philosopher and economist, spoke and debated about Ukraine, Liberalism, and the future of Europe and the United Kingdom at the Dinner-Debate organized by the Institute of Political Studies (IEP), Catholic University of Portugal (UCP).
The event was chaired by Isabel Capeloa Gil, Dean of the UCP, and was attended by João Carlos Espada, Director of the IEP, José Durão Barroso, Director of the Catholic University's Center for European Studies, as well as by friends and professors from the institute.
