On 12 May, Isabel Capeloa Gil, President of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa (UCP) and a group of directors from the Future Leaders Programme paid an official visit to the Casa de Portugal in São Paulo.

The main aim of the initiative was to strengthen ties with the Portuguese-Brazilian community and promote training opportunities for new generations of leaders.

During the meeting, the UCP delegation was welcomed by the Vice-President of Casa de Portugal, Dr Almeida, as well as professors Cláudio Pereira and Fábio.

Future Leaders is an innovative leadership, immersion and innovation programme developed in partnership with the António Pargana Foundation.

Based on a corporate simulation methodology, the programme aims to prepare participants for the challenges of the contemporary business world.

Among the main objectives are the production of knowledge about the latest developments in the economy, the strengthening of leadership skills and the creation of investment and development opportunities in simulated contexts.

The programme also promotes contact with the best practices adopted by leading Portuguese companies in different sectors and areas of expertise.
